Are we aligned on vision? This ensures the project is strategic and mutually beneficial (to avoid "soul-draining" work) from the start. We're basically turning freelancing into synergistic high-value partnerships, where the output is reusable paid plugins.
• Positive Vision: Once the partnership is aligned, we iterate the shared dream. What’s the ideal outcome? What would empower users most? This step ensures the project is inspiring, focused, and purposeful.
• Prioritize the Vital Few: This is when the "20% of features that deliver 80% of the value" get determined. We focus on the essentials so the first version is impactful, realistic, and aligned with the shared vision.
